As with the economy globalization, the collaboration between the corporations increases greatly and the conflict between the corporations presents diversification and complication. Since 1980s, many domestic and overseas scholars make a lot of research for the conflict from the various aspects. However, the main research focuses on the internal conflict in one corporation rather than the conflict between the corporations. Though some comparison researches have been made for the conflict difference among countries with various culture values, it is mainly aimed at the culture difference between the Eastern and the Western countries. The paper is different from the previous research. It aims at the conflict between the corporations and the comparison research for the conflict between the corporations in the developing countries. The paper focuses on analyzing the reason for different conflict resolution styles taken by the corporation, making the comparison research to find the reason of different conflict resolution styles taken by the corporations in China and the other developing countries, which is different in culture values. The research way in the paper is as follows: Firstly, for the authenticity and objectivity of the research result, it takes the Investment Climates Survey, which is made by the World Bank for the 64 developing countries from 2000 to 2004, as the data source for the paper. The paper selects the 17 questions from the 83 questions in the questionnaire as the possible reason for the different conflict resolution styles of the corporations. These questions are reclassified into three parts, which include the essential factors of corporation, the characteristic of top manager and the characteristic of government. Secondly, with the Investment Climates Survey data, the paper makes an introduction for the corporations in China, analyzing if the three aspects have the effect on the conflict resolution styles in the corporations in order to find the real reason for the different conflict resolution styles taken by one corporation facing the conflict between the corporations. Thirdly, the paper further selects five representative countries from the 64 developing counties in the Investment Climates Survey, analyzing and comparing the reason for the different conflict resolution styles in five countries according to the above methods.
