The first, this thesis summarizes the auto industry history, This essay takesthe corporation with foreign investors in the development of China's auto industryas the object of study. Beginning with the analysis of the current status ofcorporation with foreign investors in the development of China's auto industry,overseas experiences in introducing foreign investments and the developing trendof the global auto industry, the main focus has been put on the analysis of thecorporation with foreign investors ever since 1978 when opening up policy beingin place. On the basis of analysis on the major and key domestic joint ventureprojects, conclusions has been made in terms of the characteristics of thecorporation with foreign investors, the role it played to promote the developmentof China's auto industry and problems we are facing currently in the course ofcorporation. Finally, suggestions and proposals have been brought up in terms ofcorporation with foreign investors to develop China's auto industry.The research results of this project will provide the important theoretic andpractical reference for the development of the port industry in SDICCommunication Co. and the domestic and oversea similar projects.
