The developing strategy of Automobile industry is selected between VerticalIntegration and Horizontal Integration.In the Transaction Cost Comment,it isexpressed as the flux of the organization'S scale for the total cost minimized.Beginning from the point of the Transaction Cost Comment,this thesis analyses theeconomics substance of the strategy in G.M.and Toyota,which are the typicalrepresentations of the two strategy modes.At the same time,the thesis analyses thepresent strategy and its economics substance of the FAW group and SAIC group,which are typical representations of our Automobile industry,and brings up therationalization countermeasures of strategy pattern that are beneficial to the faster development of our Automobile Industry.
