Feminine employment and the fulfillment of its capital value is a hotspot in nowadays. The upgrading of industrial structure and growing up of the Third Industry, provides more employment chances for women, the possibility of fulfillment of capital value is increasing. However, it reverses in scientific research field in academy, that is, the possibility of woman-employee is extremely lower than man-employee. Knowing this, the author did thorough investigation and interview in Jilin University and Beihua University, probing into the actuality of the fulfillment of woman capital value, and analyzing the impediment factors under the background of rapid development of China's economic society and growing up of the Third Industry. This article studies the fulfillment of woman capital value in scientific research field in academy. Firstly, it analyses the reality of the increasing of the fulfillment of woman capital value. The Third Industry and rising information industry's rapid development give women unprecedented broad career space, while, the decay of manufacturing industry, service and information industries'boom and the concomitant rapid development of telecommunication and hi-tech industries make men's advantage in heavy industry disappear, intellective advantage takes the place of manual advantage. With this trend, women gradually show their advantages with their special value, ability. The Third and information industry suits for women's physical and intellectual characters, providing external condition. But the lengthways change doesn't show in transverse history, that is the reverse in scientific research field in academy. The author found through investigation and interview that among the research crew in Jilin University and Beihua University, woman proportionate much less than man, so does it in the quantity and quality of research production. In most important academic activities like chairing hi-tech scientific research programs and training graduates, man is the leading role, while the woman is the minor. As a whole, in research field of these two universities, woman is in the secondary place. The reason for why the fulfillment of woman's capital value is lower than man's, basically is confined and affected by Chinese traditional cultural structure and concept. China is a country that considers Confucian Culture as traditional culture, which the thought of man is valued, woman is lowly has been followed for thousands of years. The traditional society expects man be tough, while woman be docile, which affects their behavior. In reality, man's career is more easily successful than woman. So success on career is generally considered as man's patent. This thought formula in research field in academy is shown as man's absolutely regnant place; they suppress invisibly woman's participation as a majority. Woman is always at the edge of the Circle, hard to be able to enter into it. In spite of the fact that woman researcher is much fewer, we cannot deny equal contribution woman has made, its only because ordinary people think woman is less able than man on research. These thoughts become great obstacles for woman to choose scientific research as their career, which weakens woman's enterprise and self-confidence. On the other hand, woman is confined in both society and family, facing serious role confliction, which confines them to realize their capital value in research field in academy. At present, woman in research field in academies has made great achievements while affording taking family responsibilities. But doing housework and bringing up kids affect woman's career more or less. Because the role relative to social status is not simplex, but multiple, which concerns a series of social relations, confliction between social achievement and family, becomes confliction of Fish and Bear Palm, a confliction can't be resolved both between woman's social value and feminine value.
