The brand is an item of very important intangible assets, good brand especially famous brand , famous trade mark ,etc. have extremely high brand value, it is a sum of enormous wealth of enterprises. However, the case that those known brands are encroached on happens occasionally , this not merely makes enterprises suffer enormous losses, have interfered the operation order of market economy seriously too. In order to make enterprise's own enormous intangible assets and valuable wealths not infringed , must set up a whole set of effectual tactics , protect the brand effectively.More and more people have already realized , it has already not merely been enterprise's own thing that the brand is protected, it is a thing of the whole society even more, it is an comprehensive and extremely strong system engineering, need to mobilize the strength of the whole society, this include protection , protection , protection , consumer and protection of law of government of public organization numerous strength of media.
