According to research of the domestic scholar at present , studies about the multi-form enterprise networks have been made richer achievement. But at the same time we find , most scholars' research was all carried on to the individual enterprise network form , few people carry on comparative research of the multi-form enterprise network. In view of this, this text has chosen the network form of the following several enterprises especially --Virtual enterprise, strategic alliance, enterprise group, small enterprise cluster, and has carried on comparative research in order to make readers understand the similarities and differences between enterprise's networks of different forms through the argumentation of this text, and the two are in the developing trend.
