The core of TPS is to achieve the aim of removing waste and demanding the employees to devote their mind to high quality production routine through a series of process improvement. "Punctual work System"can make components and parts assembled to products according to fixed production flow. Removing waste is its most attractive part, which is clearly and strictly showed in production flow. The concept of TPS gets identification and highly praise from world automobile industry and even other production fields. Its measure adopted mainly includes the following two points; First, is it make no-substandard product flow into get next system of procedure to adopt, each procedure guarantees product quality, thus guarantee to get the high-quality products. Second, through improving (get rid of the unnecessary procedure) constantly, in order to reduce the cost of goods, guarantee the products have a customer satisfactory price. We can say it is the marrow of Toyota produce system (TPS) in these two points. This text is through the study on system of Toyota produce system, especially technology system and tools used in the Toyota produce system of key research, combine the characteristic of special automobile company, summarize some management style and management tools that suit to the characteristic of this kind of company. Otherwise, this text still discussed the concept of TPS. Drew the promotion experience for many years of the First Automobile Factory of China in introducing the procedure. When introduce Toyota produce system, if only take "Toyota produce system"as a set special tools and skills, then transplant maybe exist some difficulties, unless you realize that this is kind of thought about philosophy. The understanding of TPS will cause some suspicious that if this system fit to my company or not. Maybe Lin Nanba's interpret is easy to understand—what is the aim of company? The aim is to let the people have more civilize life, improve the regional economic level and to keep the company itself go on. In order to fulfill this aim, then need to increase profit by any ways. There two ways to improve profits, one is to raise prices of product and the other is to lower costs. It is only when in the demand is greater than supply feasible to raise prices. So, it is the best solution to problem to lower costs. And key that lower costs lie in what kind of mode of production does it take; Second, try one's best to shorten the term of handing in. TPS is not a set of unalterable procedures that you can copy from Toyota Company slavishly over, even you must carry on all kinds of adjustment in some cardinal principles of TPS, in order to adapt to the concrete conditions of our company. TPS is a kind of idea, a kind of mode of thought; its basic decisive factor concentrates on "shortening the production procedure through dispelling the activity of appreciating (waste) ". Implement the course and must suit measures to local conditions, must make the solutions of this suitable enterprise concrete conditions according to the business content and production technology. In the course of advancing TPS, combine the actual conditions of this enterprise, has set up a set of sides of production suitable for oneself creatively. Though this set of modes of production cannot establish one's own system, however, can say at least, Special automobile company has well-drawn lessons from a lot of ways, the method or some basic ideas of the Toyota produce system. And has really received better result, this is very good.
