Our construction market is huge and complicated. With the development of marketing economy and our country joining WTO, many construction corporation overseas come into our market in succession, and this will surely cause increasingly competition in construction industry. Projects are the cost center of Construction Corporation, and hence become the stand and start point of cost management. Therefore, this paper focusing on project cost analysis and management will be of important significance in both enriching cost management theory and improving domestic cost management practice. Based on cost management theory, this paper makes a systematic analysis on project cost control and management in the light of Activity Based Cost theory, computer integrated management, process control and agency theory. The main contents are as follows.By discussing the complicated relationships, we carefully balancing cost plan, time limit for a project and quality plan to obtain optimal equilibrium of cost, time and quality. The paper provides a frame of integrated management to put the optimal plan in practice. ABC is invited in this paper in project cost forecasting and accounts, to improve the accuracy of information in cost control. This paper probe into the precondition, methods and content of project cost processing control. Process control in project cost management should be taking from beginning to end in the viewpoint of this paper. Proper monitoring and incentive mechanics are necessary condition in implementing our measures bring forward by this paper. Hence, aiming at the characters of project, we also provide some monitoring and incentive mechanics to ensure measures can easily put into practice.
