On The Historical Investigation And Experience Of The Inner-Party Democracy Since Reform And Opening-up

The idea that Inner-party Democracy is a life of the CPC was proposed In the 16th National Congress of the CPC. This has reflected that the CPC has realized deeply the important meaning of constructing Inner-party Democracy. In new period, Developing Inner-party Democracy has great theory and practice meaning on practicing the thought of "Three Represents", improving the ability of administration of the party and keeping the advance of the CPC. Taking the time as the thread, Through investigating the history of the CPC which strengthens the Inner-party Democracy, especially the history of more than 20 years since reform and opening-up, this thesis mainly try to draw regular understanding about constructing Inner-party Democracy. This will offer certain theory for CPC to build Inner-party Democracy of the distinct Chinese characteristics.This thesis is divided into three parts altogether. First part explains the necessity and importance of Inner-party Democracy construction since reform and opening-up from theoretical, real and historical angle, so that we can realize the importance of constructing Inner-party democracy. The second part makes historical investigation about Inner-party Democracy from idea theory, subject construction, institutional improvement, concrete practice. The third part summarize some enlightenment and experience. It includes: It is the basic guarantee to insist and perfect the democratic centralism; Inner-party Democracy construction must be subject to and serve the political line of the CPC; It is a key to strength the systematic construction of Inner-party Democracy; It is a value orientation to improve the ability of administration; constructing Inner-party Democracy must observe the lead of the CPC, some step and right manner and so on.
