Economic Analysis Of Developing Private-governing Bank

The definition of Private-governed Bank (PGB) was commenced firstly; my view about PGB was put forward. I think that PGB should be controlled by the private Property rights and run by themselves. Secondly, PGB features, actions, comparative advantages and disadvantages were analyzed.Imperative of developing PGB was discussed in this thesis. Especially, we analyzed the present situation of financial industry in our country, the financing difficulty of no-state-owned industry, the low efficient problem in financial resource allocation from financial system function views and proved Imperative relation between PGB and the function of the financial system with the match mould. Without PGB, the function of the financial system will be not complete. Empirical research on Imperative of developing PGB k was done at last.This thesis analyzed the creation of PGB and its developmental history in our country according to Institutional Economics and opened out their importance of different property relations, Ideology and the forms of the government. At the same times, we also analyzed foreign commercial banks and discussed their successful experiences and failed lessons. These will offer some beneficial references in the creating process of our PGB.We discussed how to found PGB from macro scope and microscope on the basis of the above discussions. At macro scope, I pointed out how to treat the problem of developing PGB and discussed the supervise question about PGB from concept supervised and related theories. Especially, emphasized the problem about supervision of the persons who supervise. At microscope, I emphasized the risk management of in-person charge.
