TNCs' International Production System And The Choice Of Internationalization For The Chinese Enterprises

With the rapid development of globalization in world economy, the quantity and scale of TNCs the country has is an important sign of national strength and international competitiveness, directly. After the entrance of China to WTO, Chinese enterprises have the closer connection with the international economy. The open of market means Chinese enterprises have to face to the drastic international competition inside our country. So, how to choose the path and pattern which are suit the current situation of Chinese enterprises to internationalize in the tide of economic globalization, becomes one of the keys of promoting the national competitiveness at present.This paper is on the basis of studying about enterprise's internationalized path and pattern before, builds up a new analysis frame - international production system of TNCs -the way of the internationalization for Chinese enterprise. From development characteristic and trend of the production system of the TNCs in recent years, according to the driver factors and mode of the international production system, the paper combines the two-way-characteristic of the internationalization of Chinese enterprise, and proposes that through two path Chinese enterprises should participate in the international production system then, internationalized: inside-expander and outside-expander. At the same time, the tow path including four patterns. An analysis through the real example of two typical cases, will show us how Chinese enterprises should utilize four major modes of two path in a flexible way, entering the international production system actively, and really on the way to internationalization.
