A Study Of Liability System In Domestic Container Multimodal Transport

This paper analyzes many problems in the domestic container multimodal transport nowadays and tries to find ways to resolve them. Based on the discussion of the legal characteristics of the domestic container multimodal transport, the paper expatiates the identification, liability, scope of compensation and limitation of liability of multimodal transport operator in the domestic container transport. Combined with contract law's influences on multimodal transport liability system, the paper accordingly brings forward solutions and methods for the perfection and developments in the domestic container multimodal transport system.
