| Being main branch of international aviation transport private law system, international treaties among Warsaw System are widely accepted aviation transport regulations besides Chicago Treaty System. Their usage range and liability have obvious influence on passengers. Therefore, the research on usage range and liability is very practical and meaningful. Firstly, compare research on usage range and liability of international treaties among Warsaw System and analysis of their common points, uncommon points, and connection has been done in the essay. Then comes the compare research on usage range and liability between Chinese aviation law and Warsaw System. At last, through the compare research mentioned above, suggestions to improve Chinese aviation transport law system have been concluded.
