Customer Relationship Management is a business strategy designed to optimize profitability, revenue and customer satisfaction by organizing the enterprise around customer segments, fostering customer-centric behavior and implementing customer-centric process.Liking other sale enterprises, the essence of the automobile sale enterprise is to serve. How to gain profits by serving customer is very important to automobile sale enterprise. But customer relationship management of medium and small automobile sale enterprise in our country is confused at present, the low quality of service and the low information-based degree make a large amount of loss of customers and brings very great loss to enterprise. CRM is an effective tool to realize customer value maximizes, and maintain value of all one's life. The setting-up of CRM system affords powerful technical support, to creating customer's value and developing the loyal customer for medium and small automobile sale enterprise.This thesis introduces customer relationship management theory and Guide theory of customer relationship management into business management at first, then constructs the model of customer relationship management combining the vocation and customer characteristics of medium and small automobile sale enterprise and carries on detailed analysis on the basis of it. Through the research, the author hopes that this thesis can offer help for the medium and small automobile sale enterprise to realize Customer Relationship Management.
