Synergistic Research On The Law Of International Sales Of Goods And International Carriage Of Goods By Sea

To improve the efficiency of international trade and transport is the important reflection of law's economic value. Of all the transport methods, sea transit is most widely used, which takes more than 80 percent of the total transporting amount. Therefore, the time presents new demands on law and asks the latter to chain the law on sales of goods and sea transit seamlessly and fulfill the aim of serving the economic development. This thesis takes the international legislation of sales of goods and carriage of goods by sea as main subject, and the aim is to chain seamlessly the practice links of sales and carriage of goods, practice and law, specific law and specific law. This thesis systematically researches synergistic questions between the law of sales of goods and carriage of goods by sea.This thesis consists of five chapters. The first chapter makes a brief introduction on the basic methods of international sales of goods and the common way to run the international sea transport, and then analyzes the close connection between sales of goods and carriage of goods by sea. The second chapter focuses on the conflicts emerging from the practice and the contract clause of the sales and carriage of goods. Chapter three emphasizes on the contradiction in the stipulations of the law on sales of goods and the carriage of goods by sea, and then lists the problems that may appear. To the problems raised ahead, the last chapter puts forward some ideas and several suggestions on legislation through research with synergistic theory.
