In recent years, business marketing crises of our country are increasing greatly, and these marketing crises not only influence the daily business, but also restrict the innovation and development of our business, which deeply affects the whole national economy. In order to avoid such kind of circumstances, our business, being the main part of market economy, firstly should build the internal marketing rules, responsibility system and forewarning mechanism.The research method of this paper is to exert the theories of business forewarning management, marketing management and mathematics, through the use of questionnaire investigation, statistical method and math model. The paper obeys the principles of combination between quality and quantity, theory and practice, analyses and researches the reason, manifestation and the expected results in order to find a set of forewarning management method to describe, forecast, evaluate and control the potential risks and crises in the marketing activities. The innovations of this paper include:From the present research, the marketing forewarning theory lays particular stress on the external environment; while my paper will set up a set of marketing crisis forewarning system from both external and internal aspects.Marketing forewarning research usually pays much attention to build a suit of model or method from macro views, which has little relationship with the business practice, so the application value will be greatly reduced.
