The Legal Procedure Of State Debt Reclamation In The State Law Of Compensation

The legal procedure of state debt reclamation is one of the important procedures in the State Law of Compensation. This procedure has already been established in China. But it shows a lot of demerits in the procedure of our country as the law is comparatively general in principle with uncertainty about many problams and lacks concrete operation measures as well,it is difFicault to carry out the system in practice. It's detrimental to the right of the state authorities acting on behalf of the creditor to reclaim the debts for him. Thus, it's necessary to establish a better legal procedure of state debt reclamation to the realization of the intention of the state compensation. This article gives a brief statement of the author's views on the principles,standards,procedures and the bodies of the state debt reclamation based on the statement of the basic theory of this legal procedure.
