Reeducation Through Labour In The Vision Governed By Law

On the base of modern legal law theory,in terms of jurisprudence,using the method of value analysis and standardization,for reeducation through labour existing in fact system non-jhst,procedure getting improper.It announces the essence of the system of reeducation labour instead governed by law,namely the inherent value to people one is denied,deny to freedom and equally. Comparing the essential difference between reeducation through cabour and security measures,combining the western misdemeanor system,it analyses about the pros and cons of the quantitative crime concept of our country. Combining the control of the administrative power of Chinese family of process governed by law,especially police' power,and it puts forward the scheme of the reeducational system reform,that is to say,abolish the reeducation through labour and set up the criminal legal system that misdemeanor system combining with security measures.
