On the basis analyzing other theoretical, founded on of structuring this text and studying.On the basis of study on trans-corporation's financing concept frame, from trans-corporation's capital source classifying, the paper adopts standardize the research approach, and analyses reason of inside financing and outside financing, domestic and foreign capital market, channel ,etc.The paper uses the analytical method of the real example to study on the international financing tool and case applied in China. The paper has separately introduced tools as state sovereignty financing and case, enterprise's international stock financing and case, international bond financing and case, etc. On the basis of the study, the paper has put forward the tactics idea to meet trans-corporation's financing system in our country.
