Influence And Countermeasure To New Trend Of International Industry Transfer

As the result of open economy, it is evitable for the international industry transfer to upgrade the industrial structure. Different development level of economy and technology among countries as well as the nature of obtaining profits for capital, make some industry transfer from high cost areas to low cost ones, which is called industry transfer. The international industry transfer is completed mainly through the flow of capital and trade. In the present paper, the issue of international industry transfer on the base of its theory and practice is studied.China, the largest developing country and the most active economic area, has been an important area for international industry transfer. However, receiving international industry transfer is complex and contradictory, because opportunity and challenge, risk and glory exit simultaneously. Therefore, it is urgent to analyze the situation of international industry transfer and take effective measures timely to improve industrial competitiveness and economic structure, aiming at keeping national economy sustained development.The paper is composed of four parts. In the first part, the outline of international industry transfer including its conception, periods and modes, is explained. Six related theories are discussed, and the mechanism for international industry transfer is analyzed. The second part elucidates new trend of international industry transfer in terms of its general rule and the background, at the same time, nine development trend is reported in detail. In the third part, the current situation, opportunity and challenge about receiving international industry transfer in China are analyzed. In the last part, countermeasures and suggestion are given. The economic strategic development target is ensured by adjusting the industry policy and foreign investment strategy, developing industrial cluster, improving investment environment, protecting domestic market.This paper makes use of the studies of other people as reference. The research information is enriched further through analyzing deeply and systematically, and summarizing all-sided.At the same time, the paper gives countermeasures to the influence of trend of international industry transfer. The conclusion gives some theoretic guidance for practical work. All of these are the innovational points of this paper. But, the paper still needs some modifications and improvements in presenting more research methods, and giving more feasible countermeasures.
