A Research On Evaluation Of Private Enterprises' Financing Efficiency And Financing System Innovation

The private enterprises have already developed rapidly in our country. These private enterprises have given great contribution to the national economics and to the standard of Chinese people's live. However, we should realize that with the development of private enterprises in our country, there are many contradiction and difficult which can't be resolved by themselves. That private enterprises can not financing easily has become one of the key problems which limit the development of private enterprises. For the developing the private enterprises rapidly, we must resolve the problem of financing bottleneck.In this paper, the author begins with the research on vary financing methods of private enterprises, the characteristics of them, present condition and its reasons, then analyzes the necessity and urgency of resolving the financing problem in these years. Firstly, the paper put forward the theory of private enterprises financing methods, financing structure and the cost of financing. Secondly, this paper provides comprehensive fuzzy evaluation for efficiencies of four financing methods mostly adopted by private enterprises. Then the author draws a conclusion that the most efficient financing methods is internal financing, the lower are private-loan financing, bonds financing and equity financing subsequently.According to the research of financing efficiency evaluation, we...
