In recent years, the internet banking has been developed rapidly in the whole world with its convenient, swift characteristics. But the technological innovation has brought the new risks to bank while bringing enormous benefits. And these risks have brought the enormous challenges to existing financial supervision system, as well as influenced the banking to run steadily and surely. However, at present, domestic and international scholars scarcely put focus on the risks control of the internet banking in an all-round way, systematic ground. Therefore, this thesis lays emphasis on the study in this respect.The thesis contains five parts. In the second part, it defines the basic conception of the internet banking and introduces its backgrounds and the current situations of our internet banking in details. Then, the thesis classifies the different risks types of the internet banking. And compared with the traditional banks, it summarizes the new risks characteristics of the internet banking. Furthermore, it makes a brief analysis on the risk weighed issue of the internet banking.In the fourth part, the thesis gives a detailed tactics of risks avoidance on the two levels of technology and system. Combining with the writer's IT experience, the thesis systematically analyzes the technological tactics that the internet banking has mainly carried on at present. Then, analyzing technological input and selection of the internet banking with utility theory and Nash equilibrium, on this foundation the thesis gives suggestions to our internet banking. And emphasis on the current application of CA in our internet banking, it puts forward the corresponding countermeasures against appearing troubles.
