Discourse Upon Scientific Developmental View

The Scientific developmental view, demonstrably brought forward on the 16 session of Third Session, is not only the product of the age but also the prominent outcome of human civilization. Being the general reflection of the new tendency of contemporary global development, and an embodiment of inheritance and innovation of Marxian developmental view, the view is a basic guidance for the modern construction of our country.This paper based on the basic theory of Marxian dialectic materialism and historical materialism, and on the previous research aehievements, studies the gist of putting across the scientific developmental view and considers that the view is the inheritance and evolution of traditional developmental views at first; secondly, through analyzing the connotation of scientific developmental view dialectically, sets forth the dialectic relation of comprehensive development, harmonious development and sustainable development -- in fact, the three developmental views are not originally put forth on the 16 session of Third Session, but it is a great theoretical contribution of the conference and a theoretical innovation of developmental views to unify the three as a organic whole and endow them with a new era intension; at last, elaborates briefly the theoretical and practical significances of putting across the scientific developmental view and manifests the necessity of studying this view.
