The contract fanning as a sort of basic form of agricultural industrialization, which is an effective channel to implement a good deal of agricultural development measures and the necessary tendency of agricultural development at present market economy, benefits for farmers' income, adjusting agricultural structure and implementing agricultural modernization and industrialization management to develop the contract farming.However, the contract farming as a kind of selling of the agricultural market, there are always some problems in the practice, such as contract of order form's content is not detailed, the program is not perfect, the operational nonstandard, there is often contradiction between the producers and the sellers, the phenomenon of breaking an agreement shot, the supporting is not enough at some places, the scope is limited to practise the contract fanning, the channel of buying and selling is not convenient and the farmers still have some difficulty in selling etc. The exist of problem are in the way of the progress of the national agricultural general adoption of the market principle and agricultural industrialization operating. So study and discuss the contract farming development and standardization management task, making the contract farming to develop in standardization, legalization and scale, to promote industrialization operating, it is very important to solve the current three-agricultural problem well.On the basis of the predecessors, borrowed the achievement from the contract farming theoretical research, collected widely, drawn on the wisdom of the masses, from the practice of the development of our national contract farming, adopting contract economics, agriculture economics and the like, this thesis takes advantage of the case study method, the method of combing qualitative with quantitative analysis and so on, it takes the contract production - sale of edible mushrooms for example, by means of the demonstration analysis of two models and four kinds of contract, elaborating the feasibility and significance of developing the contract fanning, investigation assessment the developing actuality of the contract farming, forming the theoretical model research of the benefits and risks mechanism of the contract farming, intending to explore the basic reason of the existing problem of the contract fanning and the correlation and conduct tropism of each subject of participation, putting forward the measures of the standardized management of the contract fanning, providing the theoretical support and the project of solving problem for further development of the contract farming.The standardized management of the contract fanning is not only a static management but also the management of combining static with dynamic management. It is not only a afterward management and result management but also is prior management and process management, making an attempt to destroy some problems and contradiction of the contract farming.
