Since 1987 "The Security Firm of Shenzhen special zone" has been registered, at the end of June in 2004, the quantity of Chinese Security Firms reached 130. Security firms have been of vital importance to the security market and even financial market for ten more years; In the meantime security firms have being a lot of questions and have accumulated considerable risks. A few of these security firms had been disposed by China's Securities Regulatory Commission by means of closedown, stop doing business,merger etc. Make a comprehensive view of these problematic security firms' last disposition, most were basically disposed by the guidance of government, even solved by central bank offering loans to problematic security firms at the state of its assets were not so great as its liabilities. Therefore it is imperative to establish Withdraw Mechanism of Chinese Security Firms.This article attempts to start researching on present Withdraw Mechanism of Chinese Security Firms,based on analyzing questions in current Withdraw Mechanism, and the establishment, policy advice , compensate mechanism of Withdraw Mechanism of Chinese Security Firms will be explored with reference of the international firms.
