As a specialized industry providing legal services,the lawyer industry started late in China and grew out of the state organs.There are some management problems,such as outdated management concepts and the habit of using the government organs’ mode.The brain drain is very serious.As a province located in the southwest border area,Yunnan has a certain gap in economic development level with coastal cities,and the management mode and level of law firms are relatively backward compared with that of the whole country.Therefore,it is necessary,urgent and significant to improve and optimize the personnel incentive mechanism of yunnan local law firms.At the same time,under the current tide of China’s democracy and rule of law,it can also provide theoretical reference for other similar regions to improve the management level of law firms,which has outstanding practical significance for promoting the construction of China’s rule of law.The purpose of this paper is to optimize the incentive mechanism of yunnan local law firms.This paper firstly takes incentive theory as theoretical support.Relevant concepts,such as lawyers,law firms,yunnan local law firms,incentives and incentive mechanism,are clearly defined.Secondly,given that this study takes Yunnan ZX Law Firm as a sample,it analyzes the incentive status of Yunnan ZX Law Firm,and finds that there are mainly problems such as unreasonable income mechanism,imperfect organization and personnel system,and imperfect evaluation standard and system.Thirdly,by referring to the previous research results,five types of incentive factors that influence the incentive effect are extracted and subdivided into sub-factors of each incentive factor.Based on five kinds of factors and their sub-factors,the research hypothesis and related models of incentive mechanism of local law firms in Yunnan are established.Finally,based on the correlation analysis,the questionnaire is reasonably prepared to investigate the understanding of incentive factors of lawyers in Yunnan ZX Law Firm.The regression analysis was used to analyze the investigation results and verify the assumptions mentioned above.The incentive factors that have no significant influence on the incentive effect were excluded.The general model of the incentive mechanism of local law firms in Yunnan was established and the relevant optimization countermeasures were proposed. |
