The Study On The Managerial System Reform Of Our National Defense Technology Sector

Based on analyses of industrial characteristics of defense technology sector and its history, this paper explores the problems existing in managerial systems of defense technology sector of China from the viewpoint of organizational structure and management function as well as regulation, and through learning from the experiences of the developed countries such as United States, Japan, etc., this paper puts out some policy suggestions including that: (1) to formulate the pattern of managerial system of defense technology sector adapted to the context of China; (2) to improve the managerial mechanism of defense technology sector both in central government and in local government; (3) to establish a new system of defense technology sector embedded in civil technology sector.
