The Research Of Dynamic Efficiency Problem Based On Economic Growth Model

China's economy has been maintaining high-speed growth and has made the great achievement all the time since reform and opening-up. But in this " miracle of growth " that is well-known to all, the motive force was gained which maintains the growth depends mainly on the enormous input of the resources of production and our country follows a development road of valuing accumulation and misesteeming consumption. After our country finishes the industrialized process basically, improving of people's consumption level should be considered fully at the same time of paying attention to accumulation. The research of relation between accumulation and consumption is actually the question that concerns whether capital is in the optimum level of accumulation , the research of dynamic efficiency has just offered a concrete judge standard for the optimum accumulation problem of capital.Based on the current foreign and domestic research situation, this paper theoretically analyzed the dynamic efficiency problem in detailed separately in the neoclassical growth model and the endogenous growth model and deeply compared the difference between these different growth frames. The key part of this text is that through analyzing the economic data of every year in China, the paper find that there exists the basic contradiction between the growth model that is suitable for portraying economic characteristic of our country and current result of study of domestic dynamic efficiency of our country: On one hand, it can be found from the real economic data that our country's rate of capital-output tends towards stability, the deposits rate has the growth effect, therefore the economic growth model which is suitable for our country is the endogenous growth model. On the other hand , at present there is a popular view about the research of dynamic efficiency in china that the whole economy of our country is in the dynamic inefficiency situation. According to the classical economic growth theory, though there may the dynamic inefficiency phnomenon in the scattered private production field, the whole economy is not in the dynamic inefficiency situation. In order to solve the contradiction between the growth model and current research situation of domestic dynamic efficiency, based on the current research method, this text has revised the concrete estimation method and drawn the conclusion completely different from currentresearch-our country's economy is in the dynamic efficiency situation wholly.The innovation point of the paper is that, based on the emperical research, the paper abandoned the neoclassical analytical frame which is extensively used at present in ourcountry and made use of the analytical frame of the endogenous growth model to examine the dynamic efficiency problem and pribed into the influences of every fiscal policy to dynamic efficiency.
