This paper has researched the antidumping law in both theory and practices by util izing the basic theory and measures, according to the international antidumpinglaw legi slative development and combining the law practices of WTO and the representative ad vancedcountries in the world such as U.S. and E.U.and gives suggestions on China anti dumping legislation and lawyers' representative activities on antidumping law cases.
