Sexual rights is the production of history. In ancient times, sexual rights was based on status. Until the Renaissance of the 16th century, after humanism arose, people began to pay attention to their own basic value and rights. With the establishment of civil relation of basing on personality, making the establishment of personality's system as a symbol, sexual rights came to the proceeding of basing on rights. However, it doesn't mean the absolute freedom, people must accept and follow the just norms when exercising their sexual rights. The norms of sexual rights can date back to the sex taboos in ancient times. From then till morden society, the norm of sexual rights are followed the top-down control pattern. Because the remedies of power need serious injurious consequences as premises, and the uselessness of private remedies in the protection of sexual rights, the victim often can't get immediate and general help when his/her sexual rights is being infringed. At the same time, when sexual rights is being or maybe infringed by power , the single pattern makes it difficult for the individual to oppose. Therefore, only build a kind of system of sexual rights which is focused on self-government, can we achieve the harmony sex orders.
