On The Protection Of Minors’ Sexual Rights

The social problems faced by all countries in the world are especially the infringement of the sexual rights of minors.The World Health Organization has noted in its report on the prevention of global violence that globally,at least one of every five girls in their total population have experienced sexual violence.In some countries,the proportion is higher,even to a third of the female population.In addition,more than half of the world’s sexual rights victims are women under the age of 16.According to a research report released by Chinese institutions,nearly a fifth of the children in a one-year survey were sexually assaulted,including women,and the offenders of their sexual rights were mainly men.However,it should not be ignored that the number of infringement cases of boys ’sexual rights is also increasing,and women may also become the subject of the infringement of minors’ sexual rights.At present,China’s aging is serious,the country vigorously encourages fertility,we must pay attention to the establishment of a good growth environment for teenagers.Therefore,in order to achieve the purpose of protecting the sexual rights of minors from criminal acts to the greatest extent,this paper will compare the domestic and foreign legislation,justice and research status quo,analyze the problems existing in the legislation and practice in this field and the reasons behind this field,and put forward the corresponding solutions.The purpose of this paper is to study the sexual rights of minors,explain the necessity of their protection,and establish the type research of the protection of minors,which is of great significance to legislation and practice,and is also conducive to creating a good growth environment for minors.
