Administrative public good lawsuit, means the activity of administration of justice, which citizens, legal persons or other organizations think that the administrative behaviors of the administrative subjects has infringed public interests, appealing to the court with one's own name in accordance with the law, the court participates in both parties and other lawsuits participation people, examine the administrational case, and make the corresponding referee.This text is divided into six parts altogether. The first part introduces the domestic scholar's main views about the basic conceptions of the administrative public good lawsuit, and I have probed into the concept and characteristics of the administrative public good lawsuit. The second part Investigates its concrete conditions in the overseas, and has summarized the common legal characteristics ; The third part analyses the reasons why the administrative public good lawsuit system fails to set up in our country; The fourth part has probed into the theory base of the administrative public good lawsuit; The fifth part introduces that it is necessary and possible to set up the administrative public good lawsuit; The sixth part has expounded the fact from the respects , such as plaintiffs qualification , the scope of accepting cases , burden of proof ,etc. that constructs the problem that the administrative public good lawsuit system of our country . In our country , studying the administrative public good lawsuit system is good for setting up the law government, promoting administering the state according to law, protecting public interests, and it has very important theory value and realistic meaning.
