Jury system is one of the important methods of the people's judicature. In today's world, the jury system includes two forms: system of jury in Anglo-American law system and system of participating trail in Continental law system. In China, today's system of people's jurors is created based on system of participating trail of Continental law system. In recent years, several problems have appeared in the judicial practice, and they conditioned system of people's jurors seriously, moreover some of the problems are can not be covered. Based on this, the paper is going to compare and analyze the value goal and the typical operational mode of this system in the world so as to provide some rational advice for our judicial reform.This paper is divided into six parts.Part one: Introduction. Have introduced some views on the jury system in foreign countries and our country at present and known, put forward the purpose of writing this paper.Part two: The investigation of the two law systems .In this section , introduced jury system of the Anglo-American law system and the Continental law system in detail, both in history and today .On this basis, analyzed the reasons why there was so large difference between the results of jury system of the two law system, and then prove the operation of jury system in China for the ensuing chapters and bury foreshadowing.Part there: Analyze the legal principle foundation of the jury system and theory value. In this part, through starting with the idea that various countries set up the jury system, and then on which kind of theoretical foundation jury systems of people should establish to put forward some one's own views to establishing in our country, thus to ensuing chapters people reason where jury system exist at present not of our country and how solve there aren't these problems.Part four : To the analysis of the jury system at present of our country.
