Administrative Permission Policy is a piece of law of great importance. It is established for maintaining economic system, public order and public interest, also is for protecting the resources and environment, for securing the civil rights and so on. It is multifunction, and is paied attention and applied widely in the world . Today, people attach more and more importance to democracy and nomocracy, therefore, Administrative Permission Policy is in an urge to be reinforced. As a maturing marketing economy is coming near.This paper focuses on the matter of maturing the Administrative Permission Policy, on the bases of the real circumstances in China. Since there are defects in the policy, the author puts forward suggestions for reforming them.What's more, be analyzed the opinion of innovating the Administrative Permission law, and states the challenges which would be met during its execution. Then, means for maturing the system is advanced.This paper consists of three parts. Part I is a general survey ofthe Administrative Permission Policy, which gives us an introduction of its definition, nature, and classification. Part II indicates that it is necessary for the government to shift its function. Viewing it form historical to current situation, this part analyzed the problems of Administrative Permission Policy. In part III,the author puts forward his options on maturing the Administrative Permission Policy according to the real situation in China.
