Research On The Dynamic Characteristics Of The Army's Mental Cohesion

The research takes as its target the dynamic characteristics of the army's mental cohesion, exploring, by means of systematic analysis, questionnaire, collective measurement, statistical analysis, and the setting up of models, the function mechanism of the army's mental cohesion, the all the factors that have an impact on the birth, development, and change of it, as well as the relations between these factors and the mental cohesion. A conclusion has been made that the army's mental cohesion is the output of the system of the mental cohesion. The systematic change and coming into existence of entropy decides the level of output; that the army's mental cohesion represents, in the process of its developmental changes, the unity of transition and consistency, as well as that of stability and variability; that the key facts affecting the mental cohesion is the degree to which soldiers uphold their values and how much they are realized (including how much is satisfied and expected); that the core element is how uniform is between the pursuance of individual values and the army's values, as well as the levels of value targets.
