The basic way is transplanting the company's CI strategic theory to the creatation of government image.The aim is to search the best way in creatation of government appearance. In the world, each countries shows great emphasis on the creatation of government image.while,realitics from inside and oudside shows the creatation of government appearance is more difficult to say than to do which confuses many countries and leads.CI which comes up last middle century has been raped throung many years development and succeed in image of enterprises. The second part has two content which introduces CI strategic theory and category and Meaning and speacilarity of government image.the third part is about problem of CI strategic theory to the creatation of government appearance which shows emphasis on five problems feasibility, model of theory , basic criterition ,time choice and consultant of the reasult. The four part is the basic procedure of CI strategic theory to the creatation of government appearance which shows more details on four way ,that is pre-preparation, the form of government appearance, training of education and controlling systerm.All above are moving deeply which is the well conection.
