Administrative registration is one of the most important measures which are being implemented in our country nowadays. It embodies that the various fields of personal conducts have been intervened by public administrative power and the transforming from private rights to public powers. The ministrant nature of administrative registration also indicates that modern administrative action could reflect the features of our age. However, with its research deficiency, there are many problems in our present administrative registration system, such as the confusions of its attribute, the ambiguities on validity and so on. This article has thoroughly analyzed the fundamental problems correlated with administrative registration and has given some advice to improve and perfect the system of administrative registration in view of its theoretic disadvantages.
