Research On Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanism For Civil Dispute Of Environmental Pollution

With more and more Civil Dispute of Environmental Pollution being brought into the courts, the limited judicial resources have hardly burdened the lawsuits. Confined to environmental expertise, the judges find it is necessary to address Civil Dispute of Environmental Pollution out of litigation. The Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) is characteristic of being better than litigation in terms of disposing Civil Dispute of Environmental Pollution.This thesis analyses and studies the present status and limitation of social and administrative disposition of Civil Dispute of Environmental Pollution, as well as the necessity of strengthening social and administrative disposition of Civil Dispute of Environmental Pollution. Thereafter, with reference to foreign successful experience, it comes out some points on how to build an ADR mechanism for settling Civil Dispute of Environmental Pollution in our country.
