Evaluation Technology On Operational Effectiveness For Information Warfare Of Air Defense

Information warfare is one of basic patterns of air defense, whose operational effectiveness will exert important influence in the warfare of air defense. In order to adapt to the new changes of the informationized battles in the future and win the control power of air defense wars, research and discussion on operational effectiveness for information warfare of air defense is carried out in this thesis. The evaluation of operational effectiveness in the warfare of air defense is central clue in this thesis. Starting with the analysis of the developing trend of information warfare in air defense, we systemically introduce its basic concepts of characteristics, styles, structures and the control commands. After the basic traits and common approaches for battle capability evaluation are discussed and the standards are set up. At the end, we propose the two methods----hierarchy analysis and rough sets---to evaluate the battle capability. The two models for evaluation are built up separately, and the basic steps for implementation are provided, followed by a comparison with the two methods. At the same time, the estimation on system performance was fulfilled. And the system software for evaluating the information warfare of air defense was designed, which provides a good platform for the evaluation of performance of the information warfare of air defense.
