Right-privacy is belong to the people as the personality right-privacy, is one of the more important contempt of the modern-legal country' s legal-system, which reflect and save the personal-right. With social material civilization's progressing, frequently contact between the public and modern media, people become cherish their own security of living moreand more .As the result of the intellectual pondering .which is started by some jurists, legislators and judges, a new type of personality right—privacy-right appears and it is sanctioned by some countries in legislation and judicature .This article dwells on the producing ,developing and some basic issues of privacy right .And by comparing some representative countries' s legislation of Common-law system and Roman-law system to ours. And compare the relatives right with the right of privacy ,the responsibility of the tort ,for that ,I could have a clear knowledge of the right-privacy.
