Studies On Structuring The System Of Education On Intellectual Property Rights During Building Innovational Country

Nowadays, more and more sci-tec innovations are springing up. Knowledge pays a more and more important role in the economical and social developments. China's government makes the policy decisions timely that we should build a innovational country. Because the protection of intellectual property rights (IPR) can act on the social justice and arouse the public's innovational mentality, we should pay a lot of attention to it during the course of structuring innovational country. Though having made a great progress in the protection of IPR, we still have a lot to do to catch up with developed countries in this area. In order to strengthen the protection of IPR, we should spread the education of IPR among the public, which is the basis and the crux of the matter. Therefore, inquiring into the education of IPR among the public will be of momentous theoretical and practical significances. On employing many kinds of research methods to summarize the present conditions and the existing problems of the education of IPR in our country, the author puts forward her opinion that we should structure a system on the education of IPR. Also, the principles and the reasonable means and the models about how to structure a system on the education of IPR are discussed in this paper, which are the focal points.
