The patterns of employment in are facing a tremendous transform around the world.In recent years, the rapid development of dispatched employment also causes theattention and operation of relative groups and enterprises in Taiwan. Comparing withJapan and Korea in Asia, these two countries have official laws to stipulate dispatchedwork agency, user enterprise, and dispatched worker. Under the circumstances of thelack of stipulation of laws and the intermingled enterprises in Taiwan, the collision andunrest of labor market turn into serious social issues. The factors cause the controversialissues of the legitimatization of the Worker Dispatch Law to come stage againespecially after the new Labor Retirement Pension Law effectuated last July in Taiwan.This study focuses on the research of the legitimatization of the Worker Dispatch Lawin Taiwan and concludes following findings.Chapter one is a retrospection of the development of dispatched workers,concluding the basic ideas and characters of dispatched workers, and the developmentof legitimatization of the Worker Dispatch Law in Taiwan.Chapter two is analyzing some main issues of dispatch system occurred in Taiwan.Chapter three are some researches on the main issues above for futurelegitimatization of the Worker Dispatch Law in Taiwan.
