Study Of Wang Jiaxiang's Thought On The Relations Between Parties

As a main leader of the Party and our country, a loyal communist and a predominant proletariat revolutionist, Wang Jiaxiangl906—1974 was also a founder, a pioneer and a leader for relations between different parties overseas simultaneously when the People's Republic of China came into being. Wang Jiaxiang's thought on the relations between parties was the guideline for the Party increasing friendly and cooperative contacts with different parties overseas during the primary stage of socialism in China. This paper focused on the main point that Wang Jiaxiang's thought on the relations between parties was the inheritance and the development, the operation and the creation of relevant doctrines of Marxism-Leninism and Mao Tsetung thought. This paper formulated the Wang Jiaxiang's thought on the relations between parties from four respects.The first part analyzed the developing process, the theory source, the practice activities and history conditions of Wang Jiaxiang's thought on the relations between parties, revealing the evolving process and the main views of Wang Jiaxiang's thought on the relations between parties. This part revealed Wang Jiaxiang inherited the relevant doctrines of revolutionary leaders, such as Marx's, Engels', Lenin's and Mao Tsetung's, as his theoretical source of theory on the relations between parties. Wang Jiaxiang's continuous and wide practice on the relations between parties was his practice source of theory on the relations between parties. The history conditions which Wang Jiaxiang lived in was realistic base of theory on the relations between parties.The second part generalized the main contents of Wang Jiaxiang's thought on the relations between parties. Strengthening the construction of liaison department was a prerequisite to manage relations between parties. Independence was the foothold of managing relations between parties well. Insisting on equality and unity between the proletariat parties were the basic principle of relations between parties. Trying to build the peaceful international surroundings for socialist construction is the basic target of relations between parties. We must obey the principle of being practical and realistic, acting according to our capability in aid of other countries. All the above revealed Wang Jiaxiang's thought onrelations between parties belonging to Marxism-Leninism and Mao Tsetung thoughto At the same time, Wang Jiaxiang did a lot of development and creation to it.The third part indicating managing to creation, highlighting equality, sticking to principal and being practical and realistic, which were main characteristics of Wang Jiaxiang's thought on relations between parties.The fourth part indicating realistic enlightenment of Wang Jiaxiang's thought on relations between parties, which include, safeguarding the peaceful international surroundings for socialist construction, paying attention to equality and independence, sticking to peaceful coexistence between different parties, attaching importance to civil constructions and international responsibilities equally in the foreign affairs between different parties.The final part revealed Wang Jiaxiang's thought on relations between parties was the treasured thought resources of the Party's diplomacy between parties overseas. It reflected basic requirement of today's international communism movement. At the same time, the thought on relations between parties overseas is being perfect in the lead of the Party.
