Study On Wang Jiaxiang's Diplomatic Thought And Current Significance

Wang Jiaxiang is an outstanding leader of Chinese Communist Party, in period of both Agrarian Revolution and War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression. He is also a great Marxist, who made great contribution to ensure Mao Zedong's leadership, to develop Mao Zedong Thought and to fight for the victory of Chinese revolution. After the founding of PRC, Wang Jiaxiang had been engaged to diplomatic work and a lot to inter-party diplomatic thought. Especially in 1960s, a period of very serious situation of our diplomacy, Wang Jiaxiang put forward a penetrating judgement on the international situations through calm observation and objective analysis. He suggested to rectify the"left-leaning"tendencies and to adjust foreign policy. These suggestions show the great wisdom and foresight of a proletariat revolutionist. Wang Jiaxiang's diplomatic thought is an important contribution not only to our country's foreign theory, theory of inter-party diplomacy but also the development of international communist campaign. It is also very useful for the development of our present diplomatic cause.This thesis is divided into three chapters to analyze and summarize the development process and driving force impact of Wang Jiaxiang's diplomatic thought. Firstly, it describes his contribution as the first Chinese ambassador to Soviet Union who did a lot of work to prepare for Mao's visiting to Soviet Union and contributed a lot to friendly communication between China and Soviet Union. Secondly, it also tells us about his contribution as an Minister in charge of International Liaison Department and his inter-party diplomatic thought.
