Study On The Relationship Of The Party And The Mass Among The Countries Under The Socialist Market Economy

In the Socialist market economy, closing the relationship between Chinese Communist and the mass, making billions of people unite together around the Party, intensifying the power of influence and cohesion, and enlarging foundation of class and mass among people are to push forward country reform deepening, economic development and social promoting, and to ensure modernization construction in reform and open to move smoothly.The paper includes five parts:The first part is to push forward foundational theory on relationship between the Party and mass, and leading content on development, they are based on the analysis the Communist Party of China directed by Marxist theory, combining with concrete situation of China. In the first part it discusses the fundamental theory of country's relationship of the Party and the mass during the age of Democratic Revolution of CCP and the age of socialist society.The second and the third part discuss the mass's political and cultural diathesis changes on troops of party members in the countries, on grassroots of the Party in the socialist market economy period, by discussing these situation, it shows the relationship between the Party and the Mass should advance with times and caters to the needs of socialist market economic development.The forth part discusses the reasons of disharmony between the relationship of the Party and the Mass among the countries under the socialist market economy. In order to support the end of discussion, the author discourse upon the question from two sides. One reason is from the fundamental organization of the Party, some of the leading of the fundamental organization declines, some of the organizations are lax, the advance of the party members and the advantage of organization of the Party batter together haven't been exerted. The other is from the mass to do. The main question is the crisis of the fanners to the fundamental organization of the Party.The fifth part is to push forward some advice on how to close the relationship between the Party and the mass and how to build up the country harmony in socialist market economy period. In the paper the author gives some ideas that the Party should center the farmer, respect the farmer's individual motivation, and protect the various of farm's rights to build up the country's harmony; construct the open, just and fair environment actively to build up the country's harmony; instruct and educate the farmers actively, lighten the farms' burdens actually, revitalize the country's economy to build up the country's harmony; systematize on institutionalization, regulate on standardization and weed out privileges thorough to build up the country's harmony; build up the mutual trust, mutual action, asking facts, and blazing new trails the relationship between the Party and the mass t build up the country's harmony. These ideas can help to set up the relationship which adapts the development of socialist market economy.
