A Study On The Third Generation Of Chinese Communist Party Leadership's Thought In Youth Work

Young people are the vanguard and main force for revolutions and constructions, with Maozedong,Dengxiaping and Jiangzemin as the key person respectively, the three generations of Chinese Communist Party leadership collective, with their proletariat statesmen's foresight and sagacity, closely associated youth with the lofty mission assumed by the proletariat party, and with the success or failure of the cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics; rom the strategic placement of viewing youth as our country's future and the nation's hope, and viewing them as the builders and successors for the great Party's cause, they made a profound discussion on the basic youth problems in Marxism , built a theoretical system of youth work, which is of abundant content, integrated and representing characteristics of the time. This system not only is the application and development of the Marxism youth outlook in China, but also has represented Chinese features and styles of the nationalities. On the though of youth work, for Maozedong, Dengxiaping, and Jiangzemin, they not only came down with each other in a continuous line, but also developed and innovated it, especially for the CCP's collective leadership of the Third generation with Jiang Ze-min as key person. They adhered to the basic principles of Marxism, inherited the spirit nature and basic contents of both Maozedong and Dengxiaoping's thought on youth and youth work, adhered to the ideological guideline of emancipating the mind, seeking truth from facts, and upholds the spirit of advancing with time, according to the newly emerged situation and problems, and by combining the age features and the needs for modernization construction together, constantly put forward lots of thoughts in youth work, which greatly reflects the spirit of the age, hence they greatly enriched and developed the Maozedong and Dengxiaping's thought in youth work. It is of great both theoretical and practical significance. Under new historical conditions, it is essential for us to make an in-depth research on the thought of youth work of the three generations of the Chinese Communist Party leadership. We need to equip and educateyoung people with Marxism-Leninism, Maozedong Thought, Dengxiaoping Theory and "three representatives", to successfully build a strong spiritual support from youth generation, to widely carry forward and cultivate great national spirit among young people, to strengthen and improve the youth work under new situation, to enhance the development of young people in an all-round way, to unite youth to work hard for the realization of the CCP's goals of the cross-century time, and to create a new situation of youth work in the new age.
