On Organized Prostitution

Since the country began to take reform and opening policy, organized prostitution has long been existing and becoming more and more serious, which draws our attention to it's social consequences, and has brought about a series of new problems in the treatment of such crimes which we could not regret. Whether gay or forced prostitution is considered as organized one, what are the corresponding criteria for the crime, whether the death penalty should be applied, and what are the penalty criteria, etc. and, as the judicial theories lag behind the judicial practice and legislation behind the enforcement, it is imperative for us to understand the current rules correctly and apply them in practice properly. The essay elaborates organized prostitution and it's punishment in four aspects: 1. The notion of organized prostitution; 2. The constitution of the crime; 3. The confirmation of the crime; and4. Corresponding penalties, in hope that the practitioners could have a better knowledge of the crime and apply the reference in their judicial practice.
