| Defiance and Affray crime is apart from Rogue crime in 1979 Criminal Law. During the practice of justice, the cognizance of Defiance and Affray crime is difficult. This dissertation introduces specific research on Defiance and Affray crime to distinguish between crime and none-crime, this crime and other related crime of Defiance and Affray crime.The conception and legislation of Defiance and Affray crime are introduced in Chapter 1.The form of Defiance and Affray crime is studied in Chapter 2.The borderline between crime and none-crime, this crime and other related crime of Defiance and Affray crime are discussed in Chapter 3.Completed crime and uncompleted crime of Defiance and Affray crime are discussed in Chapter 4. Also joint crime of Defiance and Affray crime is studied in this chapter.In the last chapter, Chapter 5, advices on the practice of justice are given. |
