| Antimonopoly action is indispensably in the process of the executing of antimonopoly law. By the method of comparison, this paper begin with analyzing the quality of antimonopoly law, and infer that antimonopoly action is economic law action with the quality of commonweal. Then analyze other country's actual law, summarize the rule of the system of antimonopoly action. Finally, design our system of antimonopoly action according to this rule.
