Itdiscriminates the relative concepts in order to cross-refer tothe third part.The third part focuses on the analysis of the specialattributes of the formation and validation of the personalinsurance contract, including the particularities of constituent elements of formation and validation of personal insurance contract, forms of personal insurance contract, payments of premium. It can be said that we cannot solve the problem initiated by the fifth particularity unless we make clear the first four ones.The part four puts forward proposals to the perfection of legislation, aimed at the current legislative situation and existing problems of the formation and validation of the personal insurance contract.The part five forecasts that if we strengthen the research of the formation and validation of personal insurance contract, we will find it is a great significance in nowadays society in China.
